We may issue a refund if a product is fully non-functional due to a fault on our side and we are unable to provide a working fix or replacement within a reasonable time after you report the issue.
Refunds are not provided for: change of mind; failure to read product requirements; issues caused by your own system, configuration, or misuse; bans or penalties from third-party games or platforms; or downtime during game updates while a fix is in progress.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support will result in immediate termination of your license and a permanent ban.
To request a refund, open a ticket in our Discord with your order ID and a clear description of the problem. We review requests on a case-by-case basis.
